Patience is the key to getting a good deal in Real Estate. We submitted an offer in November. Throughout escrow the seller had to request a short sale approval from their lender. The property had great value that led the buyer's lender awarding an appraisal waiver! This makes it our 6th City/Town and 4th County that we close a deal in!
